About Us
Who We Are
We are a community of people learning to love our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, and wanting to grow together in knowing Him. Our aim is to passionately share good news of the Bible with everybody; the news that Jesus died and rose again so that sinful and broken people can experience the real love and joy found only in God.
What We Believe
We believe that Jesus is God’s greatest gift for humanity’s deepest need. We believe that people are by nature God’s enemies, captives of sin. God is holy, and cannot tolerate sin. But through his great love and grace, God has provided a way to be saved from his righteous wrath – Jesus died the death that sinners deserve, and rose to life again. Now, by turning from their sin and putting their trust in Jesus, sinners can be saved, freed, restored, and forgiven.
What We Do
We believe that the way that God grows us is by feeding us through his Word, the Bible. We meet every week to hear His Word preached, and respond to him with worship and praise. This flows on into our other ministries, be they week by week formal ministries, or informal opportunities taken to meet and encourage each other.
